By Belize Live News Staff: Weather experts are forecasting a strong cold front to approach Belize by Monday, November 10, 2025, bringing cloudy to overcast skies, moderate to heavy showers, and occasional thunderstorms across the country.
The National Meteorological Service says rainfall will be most intense over northern and central regions during the day, gradually spreading southward by nighttime.
The weather pattern will mark one of the first major cold fronts of the season, signaling a shift toward cooler, wetter conditions across Belize. Residents can expect a noticeable drop in nighttime temperatures, especially in inland and hilly areas.
By late Monday night, shower and thunderstorm activity is expected to decrease from north to south as the system moves away.
Meteorologists are urging small craft operators to exercise caution as conditions may deteriorate in open waters, with occasional gusty winds and rougher seas possible near thunderstorms.
