Wallace Usher survives shooting incident in Belize City

By Belize Live News Staff: Belize City businessman Wallace Usher is breathing a sigh of relief after surviving a shooting on Logwood Street on Wednesday afternoon.

Usher, who operates a supermarket in the area, was grazed in the face by a bullet when gunfire broke out near his establishment. Despite the scare, his injuries were not life-threatening.

Shortly after the incident, Usher shared an update on social media, assuring the public that he is safe and recovering. His message has drawn an outpouring of support from family, friends, and customers.

Police are now investigating the circumstances surrounding the gunfire. Residents in the area remain on edge as concerns about violence in the city persist.
