By Belize Live News Staff: Belize will experience another cool day as a cold and mostly dry northerly airflow continues to prevail across the country, according to the latest morning forecast issued February 2nd, 2026.
Forecasters say skies will be mostly sunny today with little to no rainfall expected. Tonight will be clear to partly cloudy, but isolated showers or periods of light rain could develop mainly along coastal and offshore areas.
Marine conditions remain moderate to rough, with winds from the north to northeast at 10 to 20 knots and waves expected between 5 to 7 feet. A small craft caution is in effect, and operators of small vessels are urged to exercise caution due to locally rough seas, especially in northerly swells.
Temperatures will remain cool, with coastal areas ranging from 72°F to 63°F, inland areas from 73°F to 54°F, and the hills from 62°F to 50°F.
