By Belize Live News Staff: Expect a mix of sunshine and clouds today with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms developing across Belize, the National Meteorological Service reports.
This morning, rainfall activity is likely in the northern and southern districts, with conditions shifting toward central areas by afternoon. Tonight’s forecast remains partly cloudy with a chance of showers or thunderstorms, especially over southern Belize.
Winds are easterly at 5 to 15 knots. The sea state will remain light chop with wave heights between 2 to 4 feet.
Temperature highs today will peak at 92°F inland, 88°F along the coast, and 78°F in the hills. Lows tonight will be around 74°F inland, 81°F on the coast, and 68°F in higher elevations.
Tides today include a high at 9:09 AM, a low at 4:48 PM, and a second high at 10:54 PM. A low tide is expected tomorrow at 3:31 AM.
Sunrise today was at 5:24 AM, and sunset will be at 6:31 PM. The moon will rise at 6:46 PM and set at 6:00 AM tomorrow.
