Fatal stabbing in Blackman Eddy claims life of 37-year-old Paul Arthurs

By Belize Live News Staff: A Saturday night altercation in the New Site area of Blackman Eddy Village has resulted in the death of 37-year-old Paul ‘Rubios’ Arthurs, a resident of nearby Ontario Village.

According to reports, Arthurs was socializing and drinking in the area when a dispute erupted, leading to a fatal stabbing. Arthurs sustained multiple injuries, including a severe stab wound to the abdomen.

Emergency responders rushed Arthurs to the Western Regional Hospital in Belmopan, but he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.

Police have detained several individuals in connection with the incident as they continue their investigation. The motive behind the attack remains unclear.

Arthurs was known for his friendly demeanor and love for socializing. Friends and family are mourning his untimely passing.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward and assist with the investigation.
