Gone in broad daylight: Belmopan woman’s motorcycle stolen from home

By Belize Live News Staff: Police are investigating the theft of a motorcycle reported by a resident of Costa Rica Street Extension in the Maya Mopan area of Belmopan.

The complainant, a female resident, told authorities that she had parked her 2025 red Lifan motorcycle in front of her home on Monday. However, when she returned around 3 p.m., the motorcycle was missing.

The victim reviewed her surveillance camera footage but was unable to capture any evidence as the camera was not pointed toward the area where the motorcycle was parked.

Police are working to identify potential witnesses and gather additional evidence in the ongoing investigation. Residents in the area are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the authorities.

Further updates on the case will be provided as new details emerge.
