Wagner pleaded guilty to the charges but maintains that she did not steal the items in question, claiming she found them in the trash. However, her attempt to evade the drug paraphernalia charge took a dangerous turn when she swallowed the three-inch pipe, necessitating an emergency trip to the KHMH for extraction.
