By Belize Live News Staff: An Orange Walk family says a former relative left them shaken after a frightening visit to their home early Sunday morning.
Two men from the Mopan Street household have now made separate reports to police about the incident.
The latest complainant, 28, said the man entered the yard just after midnight, appearing intoxicated, and threatened to kill him and his family. He said the area was well lit by a street lamp, allowing him to clearly see the man.
Before leaving, the man allegedly threw a rock in the direction of the house.
A second household member had earlier told police that the man threatened to shoot him, his brother in law and his wife, and that he chased the man away by throwing a bottle.
The family says the man has acted this way before.
No charges have been announced. Police are investigating.
