By Belize Live News Staff: A fatal accident in Santa Familia Village, Cayo District, has claimed the life of Elizabeth Rivera. The incident occurred on Friday afternoon when a driver, who was reportedly working on a road project in the village, hit Rivera with his GMC truck.
Emergency services responded, but she was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have not yet released full details on the accident, and the investigation is ongoing.
