By Belize Live News Staff: A major breakthrough has been made in the murder investigation of Allen Gongora following the arrest and charging of two suspects from Belize City.
One of the accused is reportedly only 15 years old, while the other has been identified as 27-year-old Jevon Ramclam. Police say the pair were among occupants inside a vehicle intercepted in Roaring Creek shortly after the murder occurred in Unitedville.
According to investigators, the vehicle matched descriptions of one seen fleeing the crime scene after the fatal shooting. During the operation, police also recovered two firearms believed to be connected to the investigation.
The murder of Allen Gongora shocked residents of Unitedville earlier this week and police say investigations remain ongoing.
