By Belize Live News Staff: Orange Walk, Belize, April 12, 2026 — A businessman is counting his losses after returning home to discover his residence had been burglarized.
Emilson Fuentes reported that thieves broke into his Sapodilla Street home by removing a window screen and sliding the window open.
Stolen items include cash in both US and Belize currency and a gold chain, totaling thousands of dollars in losses.
Police have identified a suspect known as “Wicho” and continue their investigation.
