By Belize Live News Staff: Seventeen-year-old Alwin Marin Jr., who had been reported missing after going fishing with a friend last week, has been found dead.
According to preliminary reports, Marin and his friend Jaheil Westby did not return home after heading out to fish. Westby was earlier discovered deceased with gunshot injuries. Marin has now also been found dead under similar circumstances.
Authorities are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the deaths. Further details have not yet been released.
