By Belize Live News Staff: As preparations intensify for the upcoming sugarcane harvest, Santander Sugar Group has officially opened recruitment for its 2026 harvest season, inviting Belizeans to apply for a wide range of employment opportunities.
The company is seeking workers to fill roles across multiple departments, including factory operations, mechanical services, harvesting, logistics, and farming activities. Positions range from skilled trades such as welding and electrical work to general labor roles and machine operation.
Santander Sugar Group highlighted that while some positions require trade certificates or academic qualifications, many roles are open to applicants with minimal or no prior experience, making the recruitment drive accessible to a broad segment of the workforce.
