Motorist slapped with multiple charges after weekend traffic probe

By  Belize Live News Staff: Latrell Middleton is expected to appear in court after being charged with several traffic-related offences.

Police report that on Sunday, January 11, 2026, Middleton was formally arrested and charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, operating an unlicensed motor vehicle, and using a vehicle not covered by third-party risk insurance.

After being cautioned, Middleton declined to make a statement. He was subsequently granted police bail and released.

Police continue to remind motorists of the importance of complying with traffic laws, noting that driving without proper documentation can result in serious legal consequences.
