By Belize Live News Staff: A man identified as Adrián Cruz, believed to be from Belize, was injured in an accident in Melchor de Mencos.
A nearby resident rushed to help and transported him to the local hospital for urgent care.
Officials initially sought the public’s help to identify him and contact relatives.
Cruz has since been identified, and his family has been notified. He remains under medical care.
