By Belize Live News Staff:The People’s United Party (PUP) has issued a public alert warning against a fraudulent advertisement claiming to offer free mobile data to its supporters. The ad falsely states that the promotion is in collaboration with telecom providers Smart and DigiCell.
According to a press release from the Office of the Secretary General, the offer is completely untrue and no such promotion exists. The party emphasized that it is working with service providers to remove the misleading post and prevent further circulation.
Supporters are urged not to click on any suspicious links and to remain cautious about unofficial online communications.
