Positions available include mechanics, welders, technicians (electro-mechanics, A/C, and agricultural equipment), drivers for 50-foot trailers, traffic wardens, field clerks, and industrial operators. Most roles require no prior experience—just a clean police record, Social Security card, and bank account. Laboratory and quality control roles need a degree in chemistry or biology, while factory supervisors need an engineering degree.
Located in Valley of Peace, Cayo District, Santander mills sugar for export and generates electricity from bagasse. Training is provided, and wages vary by experience. Outstanding performers may be retained after the season ends.
