By Belize Live News Staff: The dry season continues its hold on Belize with another warm and mostly rain-free day on the horizon.
The forecast issued this morning confirms that generally fair weather will persist countrywide. Daytime conditions will be dominated by bright sunshine and a few patches of clouds, while partly cloudy skies will take over tonight.
Rainfall, if any, will be extremely isolated and unlikely to affect most areas.
Temperatures are set to climb again today, with coastal communities seeing highs of around 88°F, while inland areas heat up to a sweltering 96°F.
Residents in the hill country can expect daytime highs near 84°F, making higher elevations one of the more comfortable spots to escape the heat. Warm nighttime lows across the country will continue, especially near the coast.
On the sea, conditions remain moderate, with winds from the east at 10 to 20 knots and wave heights between 4 and 6 feet. Boaters and tour operators are advised to stay informed and remain cautious of gusty winds.
The extended outlook shows no major change, with Thursday and Thursday night expected to bring similar dry and warm conditions.
