In an official statement issued by Tropic Air CEO Maximillian Greif, the airline expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support from the community and the strength of its team during the challenging days following the incident. While the specifics of the event have not been disclosed, the message noted that the experience had lasting effects and emphasized Tropic Air’s continued commitment to the well-being of all affected.
“Over the past few days, the strength of our team and the support from our community have been truly valued,” the statement reads. “While physical recovery continues, we remain committed to prioritizing the well-being of all those affected and extend our full support.”
