By Belize Live News Staff: Police have arrested and charged 28-year-old Ozen Osburn in connection with the murder of Simon Arana Jr., a 23-year-old ITVET instructor who was shot and killed last week while socializing at a friend’s house in Hope Creek village.
Osburn faces charges of abetment to commit murder and discharging a firearm in public. Arana was targeted while standing on the veranda of his neighbor’s home. The investigation is ongoing as authorities continue to gather evidence in the case.
