By Belize Live News Staff: Belize will experience another day of generally fair weather today, January 15, 2025, with sunny skies and occasional cloudy intervals dominating the forecast. The Belize Meteorological Service reports that isolated showers or light rain may develop along coastal areas in the morning and later extend to inland regions by the afternoon. Tonight, skies are expected to be partly cloudy with minimal chances of rain.
Marine conditions are moderately calm, with east-northeast winds blowing at 5-15 knots. The sea state is choppy, with wave heights ranging from 3 to 5 feet. While suitable for most marine activities, mariners are advised to proceed with caution in choppier waters.
Temperatures will remain warm and comfortable throughout the day. Coastal areas are forecast to reach highs of 84°F (29°C) and cool to 74°F (23°C) at night. Inland regions will be slightly warmer, with daytime highs of 88°F (31°C) and nighttime lows of 67°F (19°C). In the hills, daytime temperatures will peak at 76°F (24°C), dropping to 63°F (17°C) overnight.
Looking ahead, Thursday and Thursday night are expected to bring similar conditions, with sunny spells during the day and isolated showers primarily along the coast and inland areas.
