By Belize Live News Staff: Seine Bight, a small coastal village in southern Belize, has launched a new welcome center to celebrate its cultural heritage and attract more visitors. Located on Main Street by the beachside, the center offers local art exhibits, Garifuna drumming performances, and handmade crafts available for purchase.
Inaugurated over the weekend, the welcome center aims to highlight Seine Bight’s rich traditions while creating opportunities for local artisans and performers. The village hopes to step out of the shadow of its neighboring tourist hotspot, Placencia, and establish its unique cultural identity.
