By Belize Live News Staff: Elmer Nah, charged with the triple murder of the Ramnarace family in December 2022, has yet to stand trial. His attorney, Godfrey Smith, told the court that critical disclosures, including video evidence, have not been provided by police. Justice Nigel Pilgrim has now ordered the prosecution to submit the requested materials by November 29. Nah’s case returns to court on December 16.
