Sunshine returns to Belize as humidity levels drop

By Belize Live News Staff: The Belize National Meteorological Service forecasts a welcome change in weather conditions across the country. Residents can look forward to a decrease in humidity and an increase in sunshine throughout the day. While isolated showers or thunderstorms remain a possibility, particularly inland after mid-morning and over southern areas tonight, overall conditions are expected to be less unstable.

Marine conditions will see winds blowing from the east-southeast at 10-20 knots, resulting in moderate sea states with waves reaching 4-6 feet.

Looking ahead to Tuesday and Tuesday night, the forecast is for mainly fair weather with only isolated showers or thunderstorms. The Tropical Weather Outlook indicates no tropical cyclone formation is expected in the North Atlantic, Caribbean Sea, or Gulf of Mexico over the next 48 hours.
