Flowers is described as a 47-year-old Belizean from Belize City. According to Crime Stoppers, he is wanted for questioning in connection with a police investigation.
Members of the public who may know his whereabouts are urged to come forward. Information can be shared by calling Crime Stoppers at 922, using the P3 app, or reporting to the nearest police station.
