By Belize Live News Staff: Belize marked Public Service Day by paying tribute to some of its most dedicated civil servants, as 173 officers were recognized for reaching the remarkable milestone of 25 years of service.

The officers were honoured by the Ministry of the Public Service and Disaster Risk Management during a ceremony held on June 24 in Belize City. The event celebrated the long and committed service of public officers who have given a quarter of a century to serving the people of Belize.

During the ceremony, Governor-General H.E. Dame Froyla Tzalam and Minister Hon. Henry Usher presented awards to the recipients, extending their appreciation and congratulations for the officers’ dedication and achievement.
