By Belize Live News Staff: The Belizean medical community and families across the country are grieving the loss of beloved pediatrician Dr. Eck.
Known affectionately as “Dr. Shrek” by many of his young patients, Dr. Eck spent years providing medical care and support to children and families throughout Belize.
He reportedly passed away following a battle with cancer, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and dedication to pediatric healthcare.
Many Belizeans are remembering him not only as a doctor, but as someone who brought comfort and kindness to countless families during difficult moments.
Rest in peace, Dr. Eck.
