Homeowner calls police after camera captures intruder

A Trial Farm Village resident has reported a case of trespass after surveillance footage allegedly captured a man entering her property without permission.

The 46-year-old administrator told police that around 3:38 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, she received a notification from her surveillance camera showing a man on her property.

According to the complainant, the footage showed a Hispanic male about six feet tall with a medium build, wearing a yellow T-shirt and three-quarter cargo pants, walking around and looking inside her house.

She stated that she recognized the man as Juan Antonio Alveno, a 49-year-old carpenter who also lives in the area.

The resident reported that she did not give Alveno permission to enter her property and has requested court action in the matter.

Police have recorded a statement as investigations continue.
