$1,380 in electronics stolen from Carmelita home

By Belize Live News Staff: A 20-year-old woman from Carmelita Village has reported a burglary at her two-bedroom bungalow, totaling $1,380 in stolen electronics.

She reported that upon returning home early Tuesday morning, she found the front door open, windows ajar, and signs of forced entry at a rear window.

Stolen items include a Lenovo laptop, a digital projector, two Bluetooth speakers, and a power bank.

She indicated that she suspects two individuals following a recent dispute in which threats were allegedly made.

The scene was processed and photographed. The matter remains under investigation.
