The company is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join its team and assist with parts sales and customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, organizing and refilling parts on shelves, and preparing quotations and processing customer orders. Additional duties include receiving and tagging machines brought in for repair.
Applicants should have strong communication and multitasking skills, along with knowledge and experience in motorcycle, trimmer, chainsaw, and lawn mower parts. Flexible availability and previous customer service experience are preferred, while a high school diploma is considered an asset.
