By Belize Live News Staff: A dispute over a vehicle that had been sitting in a yard for over a year ended with a woman injured in San Jose Village.
According to police, the argument broke out last Tuesday afternoon between two brothers at a home in the village.
The 25 year old partner of one of the brothers came outside to see what was happening. She told police her brother in law grabbed a galvanized pipe from his pickup and raised it at her.
As she shielded herself, he allegedly grabbed her arms and slammed her against a parked pickup, hurting her neck, back and leg.
Her injuries were certified as harm by a doctor.
Police say the man is wanted for aggravated assault and harm. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Trial Farm or Orange Walk Police.
