The countdown is officially on for the Saunders Food Truck Festival 2026, an event expected to turn up the heat in Cayo with food, music and street festival energy.
Set for July 22 at the Cahal Pech Village Resort parking lot, the festival promises a full evening of epic eats and entertainment featuring a variety of food trucks serving everything from tacos and burgers to BBQ dishes and sweet treats.
Organizers are promoting the event as more than just a food festival, promising live vibes, good music, photo moments and friendly food truck battles throughout the night.
