By Belize Live News Staff: What could have been a deadly accident ended without loss of life after a vehicle reportedly flipped through the Benny’s roundabout on the Philip Goldson Highway.
Sometime between Friday night and Saturday morning, a car traveling at high speed crashed into the roundabout at mile 3, triggering a violent sequence that saw the vehicle somersault across the junction.
Eyewitness-style reports suggest the car was launched into the air, crossing over the paved area before landing near the roadside.
The shocking nature of the crash has raised concerns among motorists who frequently use the busy roundabout.
Fortunately, no fatalities were recorded, though the extent of injuries, if any, has not yet been confirmed.
Police are expected to issue an official report to clarify the circumstances surrounding the incident.
