By Belize Live News Staff: A relatively moist northeasterly airflow continues to prevail across Belize, with an increase in showery activity expected over the next 24 to 48 hours.
According to the morning forecast issued at 6:00 a.m. on December 24, 2025, weather conditions today will be generally sunny with cloudy spells. A few showers or periods of rain are expected across the country, particularly over southern districts and offshore areas. There is also the chance of isolated thunderstorms developing during the day.
Tonight, conditions will become cloudy at times, with showery activity increasing to some along with a few thunderstorms. These are expected mainly over northern areas and along the southern coastal sections.
Daytime temperatures will reach highs near 83 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 86 degrees inland, and 74 degrees in the hills. Overnight lows will range from 74 degrees along the coast to 65 degrees in the hills.
