By Belize Live News Staff: Relatively moist and unstable conditions will continue to affect Belize today, according to the latest morning forecast issued on December 12, 2025.
Sunny skies with cloudy intervals are expected throughout the day, while conditions will become cloudy at times tonight. A few showers or periods of rain, with a low chance of isolated thunderstorms, are forecast mainly during the morning hours, then shifting inland by midday before decreasing. Shower activity is expected to redevelop late tonight, particularly over some coastal and southern areas.
Marine conditions will be choppy, with east to northeast winds blowing at 5 to 10 knots and wave heights between 3 and 5 feet. Daytime temperatures will reach up to 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast and 86 degrees inland, while nighttime lows will fall to 76 degrees along the coast and 70 degrees inland. Cooler temperatures are expected in the hills.
