By Belize Live News Staff: Belizeans can expect another humid and unsettled day as moist, unstable conditions persist over the region. The Belize Met Service reports that today and tonight will bring cloudy intervals, accompanied by showers and isolated thunderstorms developing at various times across the country. Activity will favor central and southern districts, especially during the afternoon and night.
On the water, boaters should anticipate choppy seas driven by E–NE winds at 5 to 15 knots, with wave heights ranging from 3 to 5 feet. The day’s temperatures hover in the mid-80s along the coast and inland before cooling overnight.
Looking ahead, the Met Service says Thursday will bring additional showers and isolated thunderstorms, with rainfall increasing Thursday night, particularly over southern and coastal areas as moisture deepens.
The moon will rise at 11:10 a.m. and set at 10:49 p.m. This morning’s forecast was issued by Forecaster Crystal Rosalez.
