By Belize Live News Staff: Police are investigating a burglary that occurred at a Gill Street residence early Monday morning.
Investigators say the caretaker of a wooden structure secured the home shortly after midnight on Sunday. When he returned the following morning, he discovered the front door open and an aluminum window on the southern side of the house damaged.
Scenes of Crime personnel processed the scene and lifted three fingerprints. At this time, the items stolen remain unknown.
No useful leads were obtained during canvassing of the area. The matter remains under investigation.
