By Belize Live News Staff: Belizeans returning to their regular routines after the Easter holiday weekend can expect a calm and pleasant start to the new week. The National Meteorological Service reports that generally fair weather conditions are prevailing across the country today, April 21, 2025. The forecast calls for sunny skies with occasional cloudy spells and only isolated showers, making it ideal for both outdoor activities and coastal relaxation.
Winds are blowing from the east at 10 to 20 knots and will remain gusty at times, leading to moderate to rough sea conditions. The sea state is expected to generate waves between five to seven feet, prompting the issuance of a small craft caution. Operators of small vessels are advised to navigate carefully and remain within safe harbors where necessary.
Daytime temperatures will climb to highs of 89°F inland and 85°F along the coast, while nighttime lows will dip to a comfortable 71°F inland and 78°F on the coast. With relatively low humidity and stable conditions, the weather pattern reflects a typical dry season day in Belize. Looking ahead to Tuesday, similar weather conditions are forecasted, with minimal rainfall and continued breezy trade winds.
