By Belize Live News Staff: Today’s forecast paints a diverse picture across Belize, with cloudy skies at times and spotty rainfall expected due to moisture riding in on easterly winds. While many areas will enjoy dry stretches, the forecast also calls for isolated showers, especially in coastal zones this morning and southern and central areas by late afternoon and nightfall.
The heat continues to dominate inland areas with temperatures climbing to 94°F (34°C), while the coast remains relatively cooler at 85°F (29°C). Hilltop regions can expect a pleasant 80°F (27°C) high.
Winds will be moderate and steady from the east at 10–20 knots, leading to choppy to moderate seas. Marine interests should remain alert as waves could reach up to 6 feet in open waters.
Tonight’s skies will remain partly cloudy to cloudy, with showers persisting in southern areas. The week ahead kicks off with mostly fair weather during the day, though Monday night may bring a few more showers to southern coastal regions.
