By Belize Live News Staff: As Belize prepares for the 2025 General Election, the Elections & Boundaries Department has unveiled a new Belize General Election 2025 App, designed to enhance engagement, transparency, and accessibility for all stakeholders in the democratic process.
The newly launched app will allow users to track election progress in real-time, providing valuable insights into voter participation and results as they unfold. According to the Elections & Boundaries Department, the app is intended to promote transparency and engagement by giving voters, media, and election monitors a centralized platform to follow election activities.
In an email introducing the app, the department noted that the platform is currently in a testing phase with demo data available for users to familiarize themselves with the interface and its key functionalities. Screenshots and an overview of the app’s features have been provided, along with a link for users to access and explore the platform before it is made fully operational.
The Elections & Boundaries Department has announced that the app will remain available until tomorrow at 5:00 p.m., after which further updates are expected.
