By Belize Live News Staff: Despite the presence of a weak cold front near the region, Belize’s weather will remain mostly sunny and warm, with only minor changes in cloud cover and a small chance of isolated showers.
The forecast for today indicates sunny skies with some cloudy spells, and while most areas will stay dry, northern and central regions may experience brief, isolated showers. By tonight, skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy, but little to no significant rainfall is expected.
Sea conditions will remain favorable, with light chop and wave heights between 2-4 feet, making it a great day for boating, fishing, and other coastal activities. Winds will be light to moderate from the east to northeast at 5-15 knots, ensuring comfortable marine conditions.
On land, temperatures will peak at 87°F (31°C) inland, 84°F (29°C) along the coast, and 76°F (24°C) in the hills. Overnight temperatures will drop to a pleasant 72°F (22°C) inland, 77°F (25°C) on the coast, and 67°F (19°C) in the hills, making for cool and comfortable sleeping conditions.
As the weak front moves away, Friday and Friday night will bring drier air and mostly fair weather, with little to no rain expected.
For those monitoring the tides, expect low tide at 8:07 AM, high tide at 2:33 PM, low tide at 10:51 PM, and high tide at 5:32 AM on Friday. The sun will rise at 6:07 AM and set at 6:00 PM, while the moon will rise at 11:16 AM and set at 1:06 AM on Friday.
