By Belize Live News Staff: With Belize’s general elections just weeks away, Tracy Panton has officially launched her 14-person slate of United Democratic Party (UDP) candidates who will contest seats across the country. The team, which includes well-known political figures such as Patrick Faber in Collet, Lee Mark Chang in Mesopotamia, and John Saldivar in Belmopan, is focused on promoting democracy and representing the needs of Belizeans.
The campaign slogan, “Vote UDP Fi Democracy, Fi Belize,” reflects Panton’s commitment to restoring trust within the party and delivering strong leadership. With Manuel Heredia running in Belize Rural South and Philip Willoughby in Port Loyola, the slate aims to reclaim key constituencies as they prepare to face both the People’s United Party (PUP) and Shyne Barrow’s UDP faction on election day.
