By Belize Live News Staff: Belizeans can expect another warm and mostly dry day today as fair weather conditions dominate the forecast. The Belize Meteorological Service reports that an easterly airflow is maintaining stable conditions, with only a few isolated showers expected, particularly along the coast.
Throughout the day, skies will be mostly sunny with some cloudy spells. As the night progresses, skies will turn partly cloudy to cloudy at times, though rainfall is expected to remain minimal.
Winds from the east-northeast at 10-15 knots will contribute to choppy sea conditions, with wave heights reaching 3 to 5 feet. Marine operators are encouraged to navigate with caution, particularly in open waters where conditions may become slightly rough.
Temperatures will remain high, with coastal areas reaching 85°F (29°C) and dropping to 79°F (26°C) at night. Inland regions will experience even warmer conditions, with daytime highs of 89°F (32°C) and nighttime lows of 72°F (22°C). The hills will be cooler, with temperatures ranging from 78°F (26°C) during the day to 68°F (20°C) at night.
The forecast for Sunday and Sunday night indicates that similar weather conditions will persist, with generally fair skies and a slight chance of isolated showers near the coast.
