Man stabbed near Pitter Street, Police searching for suspect

By Belize Live News Staff: A man was stabbed four times and left critically injured near Pitter Street in Belize City on Wednesday, police said.

The victim, who identified himself as Mervin Martin, was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for treatment. Martin told authorities that he was attacked by 33-year-old Emerson Garnett, also known as “Jimbo.”

Police are investigating the incident and searching for the suspect. They have urged anyone with information to come forward.
