Theus was a tireless advocate for the rights and empowerment of persons with diverse abilities, leaving an enduring legacy of inclusivity and hope.
The Ministry of Human Development, Families and Indigenous Peoples’ Affairs described Theus as an inspiring leader whose dedication transformed lives and paved the way for a more inclusive society.
