Enjoy the outdoors: Perfect weather continues in Belize

Belize enjoys a breezy and mostly dry start to the weekend

By Belize Live News Staff: Belize’s streak of glorious weather continues as a persistent northerly airflow ensures another day of sunshine and dry conditions. Residents and visitors alike can look forward to a perfect weekend for outdoor activities, with clear skies and comfortable temperatures across the country.

Today, expect sunny skies with a few passing clouds. Temperatures will climb to a high of 85°F (29°C) along the coast, 89°F (32°C) inland, and a pleasant 77°F (25°C) in the hills. Tonight, clear skies will prevail, offering ideal conditions for stargazing.

Boaters and beachgoers will be pleased with the calm marine conditions. Winds will be gentle, blowing from the north to northeast at 5-15 knots, resulting in light chop and wave heights of 2-4 feet.

Looking ahead to the weekend, the National Meteorological Service predicts that this fair weather pattern will persist. Saturday and Saturday night promise more of the same sunshine and dry conditions.

With no tropical cyclones expected to form in the North Atlantic, Caribbean Sea, or Gulf of Mexico over the next 48 hours, Belizeans can relax and enjoy the tranquil weather.

This forecast was prepared by Catherine Cumberbatch at the National Meteorological Service.
