By Belize Live News Staff: In its meeting on November 11, 2024, Cabinet received a summary report funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) on the comprehensive review of the Belize Public Service’s pay and grading system.
The report outlines key recommendations for modernization, including measures to enhance efficiency and ensure equal pay for equal work across the Public Service.
Cabinet is now poised to consider these recommendations as part of its commitment to improving public sector operations.
