By Belize Live News Staff: A fatal accident in San Pedro claimed the life of 30-year-old Eric Williams early Sunday morning. Williams was riding his motorcycle in the San Pedrito area when he lost control and collided with a lamppost around 1:00 a.m.
Police and emergency services responded to the scene and transported Williams to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival. According to Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Hilberto Romero, the investigation indicates that the crash was caused by excessive speed.
