Fair and dry weather dominates Belize’s forecast

Mild and mostly dry conditions expected today

By Belize Live News Staff: Belizeans can expect a continuation of fair and mostly dry weather conditions today, according to the Belize Meteorological Service. The 24-hour forecast indicates mostly sunny skies during the day and clear to partly cloudy skies tonight. Rainfall will be minimal, with only isolated showers anticipated, providing an excellent opportunity for outdoor activities and travel.

Coastal areas will experience highs of 89°F (32°C) and lows of 76°F (24°C), while inland regions will see hotter conditions, with temperatures reaching 92°F (33°C) during the day and cooling to 70°F (21°C) at night. The hilltops will be cooler, with highs around 82°F (28°C) and nighttime lows of 66°F (19°C).

Marine activities are expected to proceed without interruption as seas remain calm. Winds will be light and variable, with a light chop on the water and wave heights ranging between 2 to 4 feet. This makes for favorable conditions for boating, fishing, and other sea-based activities.

The next low tide will occur at 7:32 a.m., followed by a high tide at 1:59 p.m. Evening low tide is expected at 6:13 p.m., with another high tide early tomorrow at 12:29 a.m.

Looking ahead, the outlook for Thursday and Thursday night remains consistent, with similar weather conditions forecasted.
