By Belize Live News Staff: The pleasant weather continues in Belize, with the National Meteorological Service forecasting another day of sunshine and comfortable temperatures. While most of the country will remain dry, residents along the coast and offshore should be prepared for the possibility of a few light showers or periods of rain, mainly this morning and tonight. Inland areas can expect mostly isolated shower activity.
This fair weather is attributed to a light and somewhat dry northerly airflow currently influencing the region. Temperatures are expected to be warm, with coastal areas reaching a high of 87°F (31°C) and inland areas experiencing slightly warmer temperatures, peaking at 91°F (33°C). Those in the hills will enjoy a milder high of 77°F (25°C).
Sea conditions are expected to be calm with light chop and wave heights between 2-4 feet, providing ideal conditions for those looking to enjoy the water.
The tropical weather outlook remains favorable, with no tropical cyclone formation expected in the North Atlantic, Caribbean Sea, or Gulf of Mexico over the next 48 hours.
Looking ahead to Friday and Friday night, there is a chance of cloudy spells with a few coastal showers and isolated thunderstorms possible in inland areas during the afternoon.
